    LifeSpan supports 5 homes that house people with special needs. In addition, LifeSpan has the Myer Respite home that provides both out of home and in home respite to primary caregivers.

    LifeSpan operates two community inclusion programs, one in Jackson - LifeChoices, and one in Hillsdale, PICC. These provide community access to approximately 350 people. They program includes transportation to and from their place of residence as well as the inclusive opportunity designed to enhance skills. The Supported Employment program helps about 100 job seekers obtain meaningful competitive community employment as well as follow up supports
