The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening event for Sylvia’s Catering’s new location at 124 Brooklyn Rd, Napoleon MI 49261.
Elise and Alison Houston founded Sylvia’s Catering in July 2020. Sylvia’s Catering is inspired by Elise’s grandmother, Sylvia, who successfully owned and operated Sylvia’s Super Sub Shop of Allen Park for 50 years.
Elise and Alison have a combined 20+ years in the hospitality industry. Prior to moving back to Michigan and opening Sylvia’s in 2020, their career has taken them to Washington DC, Chicago, California, Colorado, Texas, and Savannah.
For Nearly three years they have catered countless weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. They are so excited to continue this next chapter in their new Napoleon location!
